New or recycled?
I’d say both! I usually go for new pieces and match them with recycled ones.
What do you have for lunch on a Sunday?
It depends, but generally speaking I’d say a juicy burger with cheese fries.
Running in the park or training in the gym?
Training in the gym, as I’m not a big fan of jogging!
What’s the snack you loved as a kid?
Back then I loved chocolate cookies, and I still do.
Vintage or straight from the catwalk?
Hard question! I’ll choose vintage, as it makes time traveling possible.
How did you first get into modeling?
I got scouted on social media and then did my first editorial shoot for GQ.

London or New York City?
New York City.
If you weren’t a model, what would you be?
I don’t really know. I’m also a student, so probably something related to my degree.
Reading or watching Netflix?
Watching Netflix.
How would you describe your personal style?
My style is more old-school streetwear. I actually never plan outfits, as I just go with what I see first and then layer up.
Skateboard or electronic scooter?
Skateboard! Although I can’t skate, I find it extremely cool and liberating.

Is there a trend you’d wish it stayed a thing of the past?
Fluffy sandals!
How do you dress for a date? What about castings?
I don’t do dates (Laughs, E.D.)! I’m usually very laid-back when it comes to that. I just make sure that I’m comfortable and, most importantly, myself both on a date and castings.
Is there something you had to wear for a job that you wished you could bring home?
It happens all the time! I still remember a Dior total look I wore for my first editorial: it made me feel so nostalgic, as the whole look reminded me of what I used to wear as a kid!
What’s the most common misconception about modeling?
Most people just think modeling isn’t a real job, assuming it’s such an easy thing to do when it actually requires a lot of commitment.
Do you have any advice for those who want to start a career in the fashion industry?
Be humble and, most importantly, yourself. Both clients and photographers love to see a model’s personality on set, and being able to build a good relationship with them is always a plus for future job opportunities.
What’s your favourite perfume?
I don’t have a particular one.
What’s your relationship with social networks? How do you deal with online criticism?
My relationship with social networks is pretty hectic. I do see how it’s affected my mental health in the last couple of months! Especially since the pandemic started, it’s been a pretty toxic place. These days, I’m trying to spend less time on social media just to feel more present and less consumed. Online criticism is very common on all these platforms and can be harsh, but luckily I haven’t experienced any of it.

Right now, it’s ‘(No One Knows Me) Like the Piano’ by Sampha.
